A Real Winner Chicken Dinner

We have logged in quite a few miles since we got our new shoes this week. I get more normal steps, so I haven’t walked quite as far as Dean in the evenings. I also have been taking classes at the gym. I am doing my best to eat healthy. Kicking off 2015

If you know me at all, you know I am a planner, but things seldom go as planned! My intention was to write this yesterday on the first day of 2015. Day 12

Better day – rocking along keeping with the plan a lot better. On Monday, I had done two workouts. It takes a lot out of me. On Tuesday, I did the easier class – it is more balance and resistance. My arms are really shaping up! I wish my legs would! I need to measure. I feel smaller. Days 9-11

Saturday – I had a shake. I drank the energy drink. That was the only thing I did Isagenix on that day! We went out of town for graduation. I snacked on some not great snacks. For lunch, I gave half of my meat away, but I ate mashed potatoes and some chips. By the time dinner came around, I was tired and that always makes me eat. Day 8 Isagenix – 30 Day

Day 8 was much better as to how I felt. I didn’t do as well sticking to the program, but that purely selfishness on my part. I let me coach know what had happened the two days before. We were able to get in on a conference call with their doctor. I told her everything that had happened. She suggested trying a daily cleanse instead of doing the whole day cleanse. Day 7 was interesting. I got up, weighed. Down .2. Not bad! That is a total of 8.2 pounds. I had my morning shot and a shake. I didn’t feel right. Day 6 on Isagenix 30 Day Challenge

I was down 8 pounds this morning. I will probably go back up since today is a shake day. Thankfully, I am back on shakes and food today.  I understand the 2nd day is easier if you do a two day. Day 5 Isagenix

Part of the Isagenix 30 day program are cleanse days. I have had 4 shake days. Today was my first cleanse. I am not going to say it was easy. The first half of the day was not bad. I missed aerobics today. You aren’t supposed to do strenuous exercise. I did a plan where you have something every hour-  this is either the cleanse liquid, an isa delight or 2 isa snacks. Isagenix Day 4

I did a photo session last night. I am noticing it is easier to move and get up and down and squat and get back up, etc. That is such a good thing and can only get better! Slept hard again.  Total down 5.4. I know I shouldn’t weigh everyday. I will probably have some days that I come back up or don’t move, but it keeps me motivated.
